Miss. Ruhainatu Mohammed Murtala is a visionary leader, and the driving force behind Savannah Helpers Foundation, a growing non-profit organization committed to making a positive impact in the deprived communities of Ghana. Born in Bawku, Upper East region of Ghana. Miss Ruhainatu Mohammed Murtala has always had a deep empathy and a strong desire to help those in need. Her journey in the philanthropic sector began during the COVID-19 pandemic. The adverse effect on the economy made most parents struggle to provide basic education and health essentials for their wards. Motivated by the belief that everyone deserves equal opportunities and a chance to thrive, she and her family and friends dedicated themselves to establishing a charity organization that would address these pressing issues. Beyond her role as a founder, she is a Tax officer at the Ghana Revenue Authority and also a part-time Disc Jockey (DJ) with the stage name Dj Ryna (Official DJ for Miss Ghana Pageantry amongst other private events). She is known for her exceptional ability to inspire and motivate others.
